Gansu Elephant Dairy Inc.

Antelope Dairy Inc. was established in October 1994. It's in China's oxen milk. Since its inception, the company has been working on resource development for grassland animal husbandry, building on its unique resource of yak milk, which is unique to the chrysanthemum plateau, and focusing on research into yak graft nutrition, and on the provision of safe, green, organic and healthy high-end yak-milk diets for consumers. It is the “National Priority Enterprise for Agricultural Industrialization”, “National Leading Enterprise for Poverty Alleviation”, “High-tech Enterprise”, and “Priority Enterprise for Agricultural Exports in Gansu Province”. Antelopes have built their own scientific research institutions for the development of yak cheese protein, which have been identified by five ministries, including the National Commission for Development and Rehabilitation, as the “National Centre for Technology in Enterprises”, the “National Centre for Joint Engineering Research at the Local Level”, the “National Sub-Centre for the Study of Dairy Technology” and the drafting unit for the national standards for cheese protein and sodium cheese sodium. Two prizes have been awarded to the State for scientific progress, three prizes have been awarded to the Ministry of Science and Technology for scientific progress, 37 patents have been granted for inventions, 23 scientific and technological achievements have been identified, and 11 new technologies and products have been introduced into the National Torch Programme, the National Fireworks Programme and the State's priority new products.
